This privacy policy outlines the safeguards we've taken to protect your privacy. We have summarized our privacy policy as follows:

• We will not, sell, rent or otherwise pass out any of your personal information. We may send emails to you with third party information if we think it is interesting and relevant to our community, however your personal information will never be disclosed to those third parties.
• We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on us.
• Upon your request, we will delete all personal information we have about you, and permanently remove you from our database. To request any information be deleted please go to our "Mailing List" page.

Personal Information

"Personal information" is information that personally identifies you. We may ask for your name and email address during the newsletter registration process, and at times may ask for other information that will verify your identity.

We ask for your personal information when you a) sign up to the newsletter, b) when verifying your identity for actions such as changing or editing your personal information.

Under 13's Privacy Policy

Our newsletter if not designed for any one under 13. If you are under 13 ask your parents to join instead.

Cookies

Our newsletter service does not use cookies.

Making changes or deleting your information

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter service and thereby delete your information by visiting out 'Mailing List' page. We have provided you the facitilty to unsubscribe by entering your email address in the box marked 'Unsubscribe'. You will then receive a confirmation email from the newsletter system. You will be permanantly erased from our database, and we won't send you any more emails after that.
